The Kansu bowl is an ayurvedic technique that uses a bowl forged by several metals (copper, zinc, bronze) each bringing a specific benefit to the body. Copper absorbs heat and transforms your body, reducing fat and replacing it with muscle. Zinc works on the muscular tissue and with digestion. Bronze is the catalyst of the two other metals. Rhythmic movement following the three doshas (ayurvedic constitution) are use with Ghee to bring a great harmony and healing.
I offer two different kinds of treatment with the Kansu bowl, both providing a deep relaxation to the whole body.
Feet Kansu: The Kansu bowl is used on the feet with ghee (clarified butter) to re-harmonises heat in all the body and brings peace.
Back Kansu: The Kansu bowl is used on the back with medicinal oil, it removes congestion, relieves tensions of the lower back, shoulders and neck.
